A breast of "Brooklands White" free range Chicken from the local award winning Lodge Farm in South Godstone.
Simply marinaded in Lemon, Garlic and Herbs and cooked on the Barbeque grill.
*Oak Smoked Lamb Shank*
A house speciality, hot smoked in-house over Oak wood chippings and then braised slowly with Red wine,
Garlic and Aromatic vegetables and served on creamy mash with Baby Onions and Confit Garlic.
*Wok Fried Beef*
Thin strips of Beef marinaded in Soy, Garlic, Sesame and Chilli. Seared in the Hot Wok with Asian Vegetables
and Egg Noodles and tossed with our own Asian spiced sauce.
*Salmon Supreme*
Cut from the Fillet and cooked on the Char-grill. Its served on a warm Salad of grilled Meditteranean Vegetables
with a Fresh Tomato and Herb Salsa.
